30-day returns (Refunds and Returns via Retail Direct Purchases)


Our return policy is 30 days from the original purchase date. After this period the item will be covered by our General Warranty Policy (listed below).  The 30-day return applies to direct retail purchases from BuzzTV.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned.  If you have any questions, please contact us by email at buzztvglobal@gmail.com.

To start your return, you must create a ticket in our system (Under RMA and support) Provide Proof of Purchase and include the Model, SN and MAC address of the unit (unless an accessory) and include a brief description of the issue. Please note, there are some instances where interaction with you may be required for the disposition of the ticket. If you do not respond in a reasonable time the ticket may be rejected.

Do not send any product back that that has not gone through our ticket system and that has been   reviewed by BuzzTV for its disposition.

Any item(s) not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be dispositioned for a refund.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Promotional and or sales items do not apply.
  • BuzzTV has no responsibility for product returned without prior approval.
  • If you qualify and receive a refund, any shipping costs charged at time of purchase are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and logged in, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. After we process the return, we will notify you of our findings and its status determination. Please note the disposition time can vary depending on the product itself and other factors.

 

If you are approved for a refund the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow for 5 business day for us to process the refund.  *  This does not include your payment method processing time.

 

If you are not approved for a refund, we will provide you with reason(s) for this determination and provide you with other potential options.


General Warranty

 

Most products are covered for 12 months from date of purchase and are non-transferable.

Certain types of goods carry less than 1 year of warranty. If you have any questions, please contact us by email at buzztvglobal@gmail.com .

Please note there are some instances where we may be able to remedy the issue without sending the unit in for RMA.  There may be an instance where interaction with you may be required for the disposition of the ticket. If you do not respond in a reasonable time the ticket may be rejected.

 

The warranty does not cover abuse of product or no problem found. If this is the case a report of findings will be sent to you. In turn it will be your responsibility to pay for any return shipment to back to you.  This makes it important to list as much information as possible on the issue.

 

You will be responsible for paying for any shipping and associated costs for returning your item to BuzzTV. In most cases if there is an exchange or repair BuzzTV will return the product at our cost.

 

These policies and any determinations are at the sole discretion of BuzzTV.
